The Village of Malone, New York will receive sealed bids until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 20, 2021 for the roof replacement at the Village of Malone Municipal Offices, 343 West Main Street, Malone, NY. 

The Owner requires the Project to be commenced between June 1, 2021 and July 30, 2021.

Bids shall be submitted to Rebahka Scaccia, Village Clerk, Village of Malone, 343 West Main Street, Malone, NY 12953, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, (Monday through Friday) in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the Bidder clearly marked on the face of the envelope, and the name of the bid: “Municipal Offices Roof.”

Each bid should contain a non-collusion statement as required by Section 103D of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and an Iran Divestment Act Affidavit as required by General Municipal Law 103G of the State of New York. 

Contractors are required to pay applicable NYS Prevailing Wage.

The Village of Malone is exempt from sales tax.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid or to reject any and all bids.

Contractors wishing to take measurements and make an assessment for the bid are welcome to come to the Malone Village Offices, 343 West Main Street, Malone, NY, and assess the job.
