The Malone Rec Park has seasonal vacancies for Lifeguards. Candidates must submit a copy of the following certifications at the time of application: possession of a valid American Red Cross (ARC) basic life support for the professional rescuer CPR certificate; possession of the American Red Cross Water Front Lifeguarding Certificate, and a valid lifeguard training certificate from a certifying agency (such as ARC, Boy Scouts, etc.) acceptable to the State Health Commissioner. Possession of a NYS Driver's License is preferred. Applications are available at the Village Offices at 343 West Main Street, Malone, NY and must be returned with certifications by 3:00 PM February 20, 2020. EOE - Franklin County Resident.
The Village of Malone is seeking to fill two full time Account Clerk/Typist positions. Appointment will be provisional pending the exam on 2/26/2020. Interested applicants need to submit an application and filing fee to the Franklin County Personnel Department to participate in the exam on 2/26/2020 and submit a separate application to the Village of Malone for the vacancy. The minimum qualifications are graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and one year of experience in maintaining financial accounts and records; or graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and completion of a course in accounting, bookkeeping, math or finances.
